What file format do I get?

You download a PNG image. Choose a transparent background to place the signature on documents, or a white background for denser printouts.

Can I use this signature on rent receipts?

Yes. Download the PNG, then upload it as the landlord signature in our Rent Receipt Generator, or paste it into Word/PDF editors. For HRA proofs, many employers still prefer a wet-ink signature on printed receipts.
